Once you have stitched the new seams, before you pick out the old seams or trim any seam allowance, mark the lining pieces for the new seams. Here, I have laid out the under sleeve lining to match the under sleeve on the coat body. Be careful to mark the right side sleeve linings with the right side body! The two arms will not be identical.
