2026 Schedule


We have voted the The Revolution in Huntington Beach, the Colonial Heritage Festival in Orem, Utah, and the 250th Anniversary of White Plains at Ward Pound Ridge, New York as our primary events for 2026, but all the events listed in this section have been officially sanctioned by the 33rd Regiment of Foot, Inc. If any Colonel's Company 33rd members plan to attend any of these events, please let RHQ know.
33rd Foot 250th events are events where the 33rd Foot was historically present.

Saturday - Sunday, 7 -  8 February
  • Drill and Fitting at Niki's House!
  • We will have a drill and fitting at Niki's house in Concord, CA. Bring your muskets, bring your projects, bring your kit that needs work. We will not be firing, but we will be introducing and working on some of the new drill we have been researching over the winter! For the drill, we will wear Modern clothing, but wear our hats, pouches, and bayonet belts.

  • The American Revolution in Huntington Beach
  • This is the only major All Colonial event in Southern California!. We have sanctioned this event for those of our members who wish to participate.

  • Wednesday 14 April
  • School talk for the Glenoaks School. This is an all morning presentation including indoor discussion and display, and outdoor hands on activities! No firing. Volunteers needed to help!
  • Friday - Sunday, 24 - 26 April
  • School of the Soldier at Duck Creek
  • The 33rd Regiment of Foot is hosting a most martial affair. Beginning with in depth drill, fittings by tailors, and cooking with period rations, the event will conclude with a tactical pitting brother against brother as we explore five beautiful acres in the heart of central Utah.

  • School talk for the Shelyn School. This is an all morning presentation including indoor discussion and display, and outdoor hands on activities! Yes, we get to fire our muskets! So do the teachers! Volunteers needed to help!
  • Saturday - Sunday, 27 - 28 June 
  • Carolina Day at Fort Moultrie, South Carolina - a 33rd Foot 250th event
  • Carolina Day is the annual commemoration of the Battle of Sullivan's Island that occurred on June 28, 1776. We will be working with members of Lt. Col. Webster's Company of the 33rd Foot to do presentations and living history. If you want to participate at Carolina Days, please contact RHQ.

  • Colonial Heritage Festival in Orem Utah
  • From the web site: "The Colonial Heritage Foundation coordinates a multi-day, colonial living and reenactment event for the Fourth of July each year. Called the Colonial Heritage Festival, or "Colonial Fest" for short, it is the largest event of its kind west of the Mississippi River - incorporating more than one hundred artisans, craftsmen, teachers and reenactors." We have voted to support this event. Let's get a good turnout!

  • The Battle of Brooklyn - a 33rd Foot 250th event
  • The 250th Anniversary of the Battle of Brooklyn will take place August 21st - 23rd, 2026,across historic sites in Brooklyn, commemorating the largest battle of the American Revolution and one of its most pivotal early engagements.
  • The Battle of Brooklyn is hosted by the Brigade of the American Revolution, with an invitation extended to British Brigade and Continental Line units. If you want to participate at the Battle of Brooklyn, please contact RHQ.

  • Nevada City Revolutionary War Days
  • This event is growing and we are very welcome by the town of Nevada City. Let's try to get more of the 33rd there!

  • The Battle of White Plains - a 33rd Foot 250th event
  • This will be our major effort for 2026. We hope to be joined by members of Capt. Campbell's Company from England, and hope to field a near full strength Company. We plan to drive our full camp across the country as we did for Monmouth in 2023.

  • The retreat from Fort Lee and New Bridge Landing - a 33rd Foot 250th event
  • The Brigade of the American Revolution does an annual event at Fort Lee and New Bridge. In 2026 British Brigade and Continental Line units will be invited.
